The CNOC Vesica 1L 28mm is a collapsible water bottle made from TPU, weighing 60 g, with a rigid neck carrying a 28 mm thread that screws directly onto Sawyer filters — no separate adapter needed for filtering straight from a stream or tap. The soft-flask body folds down small once empty, unlike a rigid bottle, which matters when you are carrying it collapsed until you reach a water source. Being TPU rather than the more brittle plastic used in some cheaper soft flasks, it holds up better to repeated folding and rough handling in a pack. It is BPA/BPS-free and food-grade certified, so it is fine for direct drinking as well as filtering. At 1 litre it suits day hikes and as a dirty-water reservoir for filtering on multi-day trips, rather than being your only water storage when total daily needs run much higher.
