Description

The Victorinox Waiter (also known as the Sommelier knife) is a classic Swiss Army knife built around a corkscrew as its centerpiece, backed up by a can opener, bottle opener, and wire stripper for nine tools total. At 84 mm closed and 35 g, it's a mid-size knife — bulkier than keychain models but noticeably lighter than Victorinox's larger multitool versions. It skips the scissors found on other models in the range: the toolset is clearly aimed at hospitality work and travel where opening bottles and cans matters more than general-purpose cutting. On the trail it reads as a companion for evening camp with wine or beer rather than a primary food-prep knife. The stainless steel blade and red cellidor handle are made in Switzerland.
