Big Agnes Dirt Dagger UL Tent Stakes – Pack of 6

The Dirt Dagger UL stakes are ultralight aluminium pegs with an I-beam cross-section, sold in a pack of six. Big Agnes states a 25% higher strength-to-weight ratio than its previous stake design, and the range spans 6", 7.5" and 10" lengths, so you can match stake length to ground type - shorter for firm or shallow soil, longer for loose sand or soft ground where holding power matters more. As aluminium I-beam pegs rather than titanium or wide snow/sand stakes, they're built for typical backpacking ground - dirt, gravel, packed earth - and will bend rather than hold in very rocky or frozen ground, and won't grip loose snow the way a dedicated snow stake would.
