The NEMO Fillo Wide is a wider version of NEMO's Fillo pillow, using the same hybrid design — an air cell wrapped in foam for a mix of packability and cushioning. Shock-cord lacing on the underside lets you thread a folded jacket or other soft gear through it to add height and firmness, which particularly helps side sleepers who need more loft under the head and shoulder than the air cell alone gives. Comfort depends on what spare clothing you have to stuff underneath that night, so it's less consistent than a fixed-height pillow. It packs down small when unstuffed, but stomach or back sleepers who don't need the extra bulk are better served by the standard Fillo.
