UGQ 20f Bandit 850

The UGQ 20f Bandit 850 is a three-season top quilt filled with 450 g of duck down at 850 fill power, rated to a -7 °C (20 °F) limit. The down is RDS-certified, and the fill is overstuffed in key zones — 130% in the torso and 140% in the footbox — to boost insulation where heat loss is greatest. Total weight in the Regular size is 852 g, working out to roughly 121.7 g per degree Celsius. The shell is a 10D nylon taffeta built to be down-proof, with a DWR finish for moisture resistance. The footbox uses a trapezoidal shape, a common choice for three-season quilts aimed more at comfort than at shaving the last gram. The Regular size fits up to 175 cm, unisex fit, with pad-attachment loops included. Compared with goose-down models at higher fill power, this is a heavier way to hit the same temperature rating, but duck down tends to be more affordable — a reasonable trade-off for hikers who don't need the lightest possible build.
