The Feathered Friends Hummingbird YF 30 is the lighter member of the Hummingbird line, built for warmer three-season use. At 665 g total weight with 323 g of 900+ fill power goose down, it ranks among the lightest bags in the catalog, and at a manufacturer limit rating of -1°C it compresses to just 8 litres.
The Pertex YFuse 20D mini-ripstop shell uses a fused, near-seamless construction that trims weight at the seams and improves water resistance, while the liner again relies on NetPlus recycled nylon made from fishing nets. An adjustable contoured hood, draft collar, draft tube and a full-length two-way zipper round out the feature set, and the unisex Regular size fits up to 182 cm.
Low weight and small packed volume make the YF 30 a natural fit for summer and early-autumn treks, bikepacking or fastpacking trips where nights stay mild and any extra warmth is added by layering clothing rather than by the bag itself. RDS certification confirms the down's ethical sourcing.
