The Swallow YF 20 sits a step warmer and heavier than the UL 30 in Feathered Friends' Swallow line, pairing 476 g of 950 fill-power RDS-certified goose down with a -7°C limit rating for a total weight of 828 g. The YFuse 20D shell trades a bit of the UL series' minimalism for a genuinely water-resistant face fabric, which matters for a down bag on trips where dew or light rain is a real possibility. Continuous horizontal baffles and a full-length two-way zipper with draft collar and draft tube keep the fill working as intended, and the fitted, contoured hood is sized for a 182 cm user in Regular length. The 20D recycled NetPlus nylon liner adds a bit more abrasion resistance inside the bag than the featherweight UL models use. Both stuff sack and storage sack are included.
