Description

The Basecamp is a semi-rectangular down sleeping bag built for car camping rather than backpacking, using 650+ fill power duck down insulation with box-baffle construction across the chest and vertical baffles elsewhere to stop the fill shifting and leaving cold spots. The down is RDS certified and the 20D shell carries a PFC/PFAS-free finish, with recycled materials used in its construction. A Free-Flow+ zip system lets you vent the bag from either side rather than a single zipper, useful for regulating warmth through the night without fully opening it, and two bags can be zipped together for couples. An adjustable hood seals in warmth around the head on colder nights. Its semi-rectangular, roomier cut and box-baffle build trade packed size for sleeping comfort, which fits the car camping brief — this is not a bag built to compress small or shave grams for a multi-day carry.
