Description
The Sea to Summit Hydraulic Packing Cube is a waterproof organiser built from TPU-laminated 70D ripstop nylon, with welded seams instead of stitching to keep water out at the seams themselves. A PU-coated zip closes the main compartment, and a transparent window on one face lets you identify contents without opening it.
Because it is genuinely waterproof rather than just water-resistant, it works for separating damp or wet items — a change of clothes after a river crossing, or gear you want protected if your pack's rain cover fails — not just general organisation. The 70D fabric weight is moderate for a packing cube, trading some pack-down bulk for durability against welded-seam wear.
It suits hikers who want a genuinely dry compartment inside a larger pack rather than just a way to sort gear into bags, and works equally well for travel where you need to separate wet or dirty items from clean ones.
