Description

The Mystery Ranch Terraframe 65 extends the carbon-frame Terraframe platform to 65 L, aimed at mountaineering and multi-day backpacking where load capacity matters as much as volume. Carbon fiber stays keep the frame itself lighter than a steel equivalent while still supporting loads rated up to roughly 68 kg (150 lbs) — a figure that puts this well into load-hauling territory rather than lightweight trekking, and the 2600 g pack weight (40 g per liter) reflects that priority. The OVERLOAD expansion system lets bulky items strap on externally when the main compartment, reached via top lid and front J-zip panel, isn't enough on its own. Two front pockets, two side pockets, and a single ice axe loop round out a feature set built for mixed hiking-and-climbing objectives. The 330D Lite Plus CORDURA fabric trades some weight for abrasion resistance, a sensible choice for a pack meant to be hauled up scree and rock rather than kept to groomed trails.
