The Osprey UNLTD AirScape 68 is a women's-specific 68-litre trekking pack aimed at multi-day trips and lighter forms of thru-hiking. Its AirScape back system pairs tensioned mesh with a 3D-printed Fitscape lumbar panel (Carbon DLS) that molds load around the hips, backed by an internal steel frame. The main fabric — 210D high-tenacity nylon reinforced with UHMWPE grid, plus a 500D recycled nylon base (bluesign-certified) — is built to withstand repeated loading and abrasion on rough terrain. Access comes from both a top lid and a front panel J-zip, so gear packed in the middle of the main compartment doesn't require full unpacking. Two front pockets, two side pockets, one ice axe loop, and hydration-bladder compatibility round out the storage. The lid detaches to double as an 18-litre daypack, and a built-in rain cover handles sudden downpours without extra weight in a stuff sack. At 2650 g, this pack sits outside ultralight territory, but that weight buys a sturdier build and comfort under load over multiple days — better suited to fully-loaded multi-day trekking than fast-and-light objectives.
