EMO Capsule

The EMO Capsule is a compact storage system for the EMO alcohol stove, sized to carry both fuel and the stove itself between hikes. It consists of a dual-wall plastic case (28 g) closed with a drawstring, plus a separate 60 ml fuel bottle (13 g) for denatured alcohol — together weighing 41 g. The stove itself is not included and must be purchased separately. Sixty millilitres of fuel is enough for roughly 7 to 8 minutes of burn time, which in practice covers one to two short boils depending on water volume and wind exposure — useful context when planning how much spare fuel to carry on a multi-day trip. The dual-wall construction of the case adds a layer of insulation between the alcohol bottle and whatever else shares space in a pack, reducing the risk of fuel smell or leakage reaching other gear. As an accessory rather than a stove in its own right, the Capsule mainly appeals to existing EMO stove owners who want a dedicated, low-bulk way to carry fuel rather than repurposing a generic bottle.
