True Utility Twistick

The True Utility Twistick is a keyring-sized corkscrew that the brand markets as the smallest in the world. Its stainless steel helix retracts into an aluminum handle, bringing the closed length down to 67 mm and the total weight to just 15 g — light enough to go unnoticed on a keychain or pack strap. A CleverClip carabiner is included for attaching it to keys, straps, or a jacket loop; there's no pocket clip or sheath, since it's meant for a keyring, not a pocket. Despite its size, it handles a full-size wine bottle, making it a niche but genuinely useful add-on for trips that end with a shared bottle at camp, or for travel where a standard corkscrew won't fit. It has a single function and just two moving parts — handle and helix — with no blade or secondary tools. For ultralight hikers this counts as a comfort item rather than core gear, but at 15 g the weight cost is close to zero. It makes the most sense on group trips where wine is already part of the plan.
