This footprint is made to match the Hilleberg Staika exactly, weighing 450 g and attaching directly to the tent as part of pitching it. It covers the full tent floor together with the rainfly vestibule area, so ground moisture, grit and abrasion are kept off both the sleeping space and the porch where you'd store boots or a pack. The Staika is a dome-style tent designed for exposed, weather-heavy pitches, and the full-coverage footprint fits that use case — protecting the vestibule matters more when you're likely to be storing gear there through wind and rain rather than just passing through. Being tent-specific, it fits only the Staika and won't work as a generic groundsheet for other Hilleberg models.
