Big Agnes C Bar 3

The Big Agnes C Bar 3 is the three-person extension of the single-pole C Bar line — like its smaller sibling, it's built around one DAC Pressfit aluminum pole, here 9 mm in diameter, which simplifies the pitch while keeping the tent freestanding. A 3.6 m² floor and 112 cm peak height provide solid interior room even for three occupants with gear. A slightly tapered floor plan (168 cm at the head, 153 cm at the foot) trims material where sleepers don't need it. Trail weight of 1956 g and full weight of 2180 g work out to 652 g per person at full capacity, a solid ratio for a single-pole freestanding three-season tent. Fly and floor in 75D polyester with a 1500 mm PU coating and factory-taped seams handle standard conditions. A single D-shaped door and one 1 m² vestibule are a more efficient setup than dual-door designs, and eight aluminum hook stakes plus guylines complete the kit. A footprint is sold separately. A good option for groups of three wanting low weight without giving up freestanding simplicity.
