The Sheep Mountain 3 is a 3-season dome tent for three people, built from durable Oxford polyester rather than the lighter ripstop fabrics used on backpacking-oriented tents. At a packaged weight of 3941 g it's heavier than most 3-person backpacking shelters, which puts it more in car-camping and short-approach territory than long-distance trekking, where every person would be splitting a bigger load. Two doors and two vestibules mean each side of the tent has its own entry and gear storage, useful for three people who don't want to climb over each other at night, and eight interior mesh pockets give places to stash small items instead of leaving them loose on the tent floor.
