This updated version of Sea to Summit's ultralight pillow drops to 55 g — two grams lighter than the previous generation — and adds two practical refinements for use in the field. The contoured shape is designed to sit inside a sleeping bag hood, so it stays put instead of sliding sideways as you turn during the night. The PillowLock system uses adhesive patches that anchor the pillow to the sleeping pad, addressing the common complaint of pillows migrating away during sleep. Inflation and deflation run through a Mini XPRESS valve — quick to top up, and a single touch releases the air, which speeds up packing camp in the morning. At up to 11 cm inflated thickness, it sits on the thicker end for an ultralight pillow, which benefits side sleepers who need more loft to keep their neck aligned. Inflated footprint (34 × 26 cm) matches the older model, so this is mainly a comfort and retention upgrade rather than a full redesign.
