Description
The Little Red 20° is Big Agnes's synthetic-insulation sleeping bag for younger children, rated to 20°F and sized for kids up to 122 cm — smaller than the brand's Wolverine bag, so it fits toddlers and young children rather than pre-teens. At 786 g it's lighter than that larger sibling despite sharing the same synthetic fill, simply because there's less bag to insulate.
Like the rest of the range it uses the PadLok system to clip onto a sleeping pad, stopping a small sleeper from rolling off in the night, plus an integrated REM sleeve for compact storage and its own stuff sack. Synthetic insulation shrugs off a damp tent floor or spilled drink better than down would, at some weight cost — a sensible trade for family camping with young kids, though as with any fixed-size kids' bag, it will need replacing once your child outgrows the 122 cm mark.
