Description

The Big Agnes Lost Dog 0° is a synthetic winter mummy bag with FireLine ECO insulation made from 100% recycled polyester — synthetic fill instead of down means less sensitivity to moisture and a lower price for the same temperature range, at the cost of extra weight. The manufacturer's -18 °C limit rating places it in the winter/4-season category, and a total weight of 1872 g (1288 g of it fill) works out to 104 g per degree — solid for a synthetic bag, if predictably behind comparably warm down models. An integrated Flex Pad Sleeve clips the bag to a sleeping pad and cuts cold air underneath the sleeper, while an insulated collar and draft tube along the zipper round out seam insulation. The nylon ripstop shell has a water-repellent finish, which helps with tent condensation and light rain. The bag is cut for a men's build up to 178 cm and can be coupled with a second unit. It suits winter camping and expeditions where reliability at a reasonable price matters more than minimum pack weight.
