With 582 g of 900+ fill power goose down at a total weight of 1097 g, it carries a manufacturer limit rating of -1°C — the mildest end of the semi-rectangular Penguin YF range. The Pertex YFuse shell uses Y-shaped filaments that block down migration while letting water bead off the surface rather than soaking in. The liner is NetPlus recycled nylon, and the materials carry Bluesign certification. Zippers on both sides let the bag open flat or connect to another Penguin bag for a two-person system, and a draft tube limits heat loss along the closure. Handcrafted in Seattle, RDS certified, and shipped with a stuff sack and storage sack, the unisex Regular size fits up to 182 cm. It suits summer and early-autumn camping where roomy comfort and the option to zip two bags together matter more than a wide temperature margin.
