The Feathered Friends Snowbunting EX 0 is a four-season mummy bag for winter mountaineering and expeditions, rated to a -18°C (0°F) limit. Its 717 g of RDS-certified 900+ fill power goose down is enclosed in a Pertex Shield EX membrane, which — unlike the water-resistant YF shells elsewhere in the lineup — is genuinely waterproof and breathable, relevant when camping on snow or glacier terrain. Total weight of 1276 g fits the winter-expedition category. Continuous baffle construction keeps the down evenly distributed, and a full-length, two-way zipper on the left side, together with a draft collar and draft tube, minimizes heat loss. A fitted, contoured hood and an internal pocket for small gear like a headlamp or phone are practical touches for multi-day use in the field.
