The Swift YF 30 is the mildest-rated bag in the wide-cut Swift line, filled with 438 g of 900 fill-power goose down for a -1°C limit and a total weight of 801 g in Regular. Compared to the Swift UL 30, it swaps the ultralight Pertex Quantum Pro shell for the water-resistant Pertex YFuse, adding roughly 70 g in exchange for a face fabric that handles condensation and damp conditions more confidently.
Continuous horizontal baffles keep the down evenly distributed, and a full-length two-way zipper with draft collar and draft tube seals the mummy shape against drafts. The adjustable fitted hood is cut for a 183 cm user, and the 20D recycled NetPlus nylon taffeta liner backs up the shell from the inside. Both stuff sack and storage sack are included.
This is a three-season backpacking bag for hikers who want the wide Swift cut without the premium ultralight shell — a practical choice for trips where a bit of extra shell durability and water resistance matters more than shaving the last grams off a 30°F bag.
