Description

The Marmot Nanowave 35 is the lighter sibling in the Nanowave line, using the same SpiraFil High Loft synthetic insulation that keeps warming when wet — the defining advantage of synthetic fill over down. Unlike the Nanowave 25, this rating comes from EN ISO 23537 lab testing rather than a manufacturer estimate: 8°C comfort and 3°C limit put it firmly in three-season territory, spring and fall nights rather than freezing ones. At 1,050 g it's noticeably lighter than the Nanowave 25, though it still packs down to 10.3 L, a reminder that synthetic insulation trades compressibility for wet-weather reliability. A 50D polyester shell, full-length two-way left-side zipper, and draft tube make up a conventional feature set, built PFC-free. Shoulder girth of 76 cm and hip girth of 74 cm give reasonable room to move without the bag feeling like a tube. Sized for users up to 182 cm, the Nanowave 35 suits hikers who want synthetic dependability without the higher weight of bulkier synthetic bags — a middle ground between down's light weight and synthetic's wet-weather tolerance.
