The NEMO Kayu 15 Women's is the female-specific version of the ultralight Kayu mummy line, cut for a woman's anatomy and built for cold conditions — manufacturer-rated comfort of -8°C and a limit of -9°C. It's filled with 690 g of 800 fill-power hydrophobic, RDS-certified goose down, bringing total weight to 1150 g. Compared to the men's version, it has a shorter 185 cm internal length (fitting users up to 168 cm), a narrower shoulder cut, and an adjustable contoured hood. A three-quarter-length, two-way zipper on the right side lets you vent without fully opening the bag, and horizontal baffles limit down shift. A draft collar and draft tube add insulation around the neck. Materials — 20D nylon ripstop with DWR on the shell and 30D nylon taffeta liner — match the rest of the line. Both a compression sack and storage sack are included. The higher weight relative to the men's 15 reflects the extra down needed to hit the same comfort rating on a smaller frame.
