The Mountain Hardwear Women's Lamina 30F/-1C is a lighter, warmer-weather sibling to the Lamina line, built around TemperLite synthetic fill and the same welded Lamina construction that avoids cold spots along the seams. It's rated to -1°C comfort and -7°C limit, extreme -24°C — a three-season bag rather than a cold-weather one, and at 1142 g with 735 g of fill it's noticeably lighter than the 15F/-9C model. Construction uses a sewn-through baffle rather than the fully welded shell of the colder Lamina bags, a 3/4-length two-way zipper on the left side, and a shoulder width of 147 cm narrowing to 132 cm at the hip. Two Lamina bags can be zipped together for a double sleeping system. Shell and liner are 20D polyester ripstop and nylon with a DWR finish; it packs to 39 x 19 cm and comes with a stuff sack and storage sack, sized for users up to 173 cm. It's a practical choice for women backpacking in mild to cool three-season conditions who want synthetic reliability without the bulk of a winter-rated bag.
