Patizon D 290

The Patizon D 290 is an ultralight mummy-shaped down sleeping bag built for summer and shoulder-season three-season use. It carries 290 g of European duck down rated at 700+ cuin with a 90/10 down-to-feather ratio, giving a comfort rating of 3 °C and a lower limit of -2 °C under EN/ISO 23537. The shell is Pertex Quantum at 32 g/m², the liner Toray Airtastic at 38 g/m² – both 100% recycled nylon with a DWR finish, so the bag shrugs off light condensation inside the tent. Down is held in place by horizontally oriented box baffles, with a full-length left-side zip, a 3D anatomical hood and a shaped foot box. At 620 g in size M and packing to 23×15 cm, the D 290 sits among the lighter three-season bags suited to low base-weight setups on warm-weather trips. The trade-off is a narrow comfort band – below -2 °C you will need an added layer or liner to stay warm.
