The Montane Trailblazer 25 steps up from the smaller Trailblazer models with a ventilated foam back panel and an HDPE framesheet instead of a frameless build — at 850 g and a 9 kg rated load, that structure earns its weight by keeping the pack from collapsing under a fuller load. Load-lifter shoulder straps are a notable addition at this size, letting you snug the pack closer to the body rather than relying on the shoulder straps alone. The shell uses recycled 70D RAPTOR Cross Lite nylon with a tougher 210D recycled nylon base for the high-wear bottom panel. The main compartment opens via both a top lid and a drawstring closure, giving a choice between quick access and a tighter cinch. A front mesh pocket and two side mesh pockets cover day-to-day needs, T-Hook attachments hold trekking poles, and side compression straps manage volume when the pack isn't full.
