Zpacks Bagger Ultra 25L Backpack

The Zpacks Bagger Ultra 25L is a frameless daypack with 25 L of capacity (18 L main compartment) starting at 352 g. Instead of a rigid frame, it relies on a simple trick: a foam sit pad slotted into the back panel that gives the pack shape and doubles as a seat cushion once removed. The body is Ultra 100X fabric (100D UHMWPE, 3.3 oz/sqyd), abrasion-resistant and effectively non-absorbent, so the pack shrugs off rain without extra care. It closes with a top lid, backed by two front pockets and two side pockets for quick access to small items. The hip belt is webbing only, with no padding, hydration compatibility isn't supported, and part of the weight savings comes from skipping load lifters. This is a pack for day trips or as a lightweight secondary bag on an ultralight thru-hike — a quick errand from camp or a resupply run. Without a frame and with only a webbing hip belt, it isn't built for heavier loads needing real back and hip support.
