Jetboil Jetpower Fuel – 100 g

Jetboil's JetPower fuel canister in the 100 g size holds an isobutane-propane blend formulated for four-season performance, using a standard Lindal EN417 valve that fits not only Jetboil's own stove systems but any burner built around that same threaded connection. With the canister included, total carried weight comes to about 199 g, and Jetboil rates it for roughly 12 litres of boiled water — useful for estimating how many canisters a trip needs against expected meals and hot drinks. As the smallest of the three sizes Jetboil offers, it suits short trips of a few days or as a backup canister carried alongside a larger one, where the priority is minimising pack weight over cost-per-gram of fuel, which favours the larger 230 g and 450 g options. The isobutane-propane mix, rather than pure butane, is what keeps performance more consistent in cold weather, since propane maintains higher vapour pressure at low temperatures than isobutane alone.
