Highlander Utility Cord 3 mm x 15 m

The Highlander Utility Cord is a general-purpose nylon cord, 3 mm in diameter and 15 m long, rated to roughly 75 kg breaking strength. At 80 g for the full length, it sits closer to an all-purpose camp cord than to the dedicated ultralight guylines made from Dyneema or Spectra, which reach comparable strength at a fraction of that weight — in a UL kit, this makes it more of a backup or general-utility item than a primary tent guyline system. It suits use as extra tie-down for a tarp or tent in gusty wind, where the added strength margin over thinner guylines is welcome, as an improvised clothesline, a lashing cord for strapping gear to a pack, or general field repair material. Universal compatibility means it isn't tied to a specific tent model or stake brand. Being nylon rather than Dyneema, it stretches slightly more when wet, a reasonable trade-off for a basic utility cord at a lower cost.
