The NEMO Hornet OSMO 2P Footprint is the official ground cloth cut precisely to the footprint of the NEMO Hornet OSMO 2P tent — unlike a generic tarp, it doesn't extend past the tent's edges and won't funnel rainwater underneath. At 130 × 215 cm it matches the tent's floor plan, and the 75D PU polyester with a 2000 mm hydrostatic rating is noticeably tougher and more waterproof than the tent's own thinner floor fabric. At 187 g, it's a reasonable investment to extend the life of a pricier ultralight tent — the footprint absorbs abrasion from gravel, twigs, and rough ground so the tent floor itself stays protected. A mesh stuff sack is included for storage.
