The Eureka TETRAGON NX 3 PERSON TENT shares its family-camping design language with the 2-person TETRAGON NX: a freestanding dome built for car camping and family trips rather than backpacking, at a packed weight of 3.12 kg (2.9 kg minimum, 1.04 kg per person). Two fiberglass poles at 8.5 mm frame the tent – heavier and less compact-folding than aluminum, but standard for this camping-focused segment and not meant to accept trekking poles. Floor area is 4.6 m² (1.53 m² per person, roomy for the category), covered by a 63D polyester taffeta fly and matching bathtub floor, both rated to 1500 mm waterproof. The inner tent uses partial mesh to balance ventilation and warmth. There is no vestibule, so gear storage is inside the main floor area or under the door awning if its design allows. A gear loft and two interior pockets provide modest organization, while steel skewer stakes and guy lines anchor the pitch. This is a straightforward family tent for established campsites, not variable trail conditions.
