That width and the wide-rectangular shape make it a two-sleeping-bag-width pad rather than a one-person mummy-width mat, and the packed size, at roughly 55x23cm, reflects the bulk of foam that cannot compress the way an air-only pad can. Two multi-function valves and an included pump sack speed up inflation despite the self-inflating foam doing most of the work passively; a repair kit and stuff sack are also included. Its noise rating is quiet, and it needs no separate insulation layer.
