Therm-a-Rest BlockerLite Pump Sack

The Therm-a-Rest BlockerLite Pump Sack is a 20D ripstop nylon bag that inflates Therm-a-Rest NeoAir mats with WingLock or TwinLock valves by scooping air and squeezing it through the valve, saving you from blowing up the mat by mouth — which pushes moisture into the insulation and can shorten its lifespan over time. At 75 g it adds little to a pack. Because the fabric is waterproof, the sack doubles as a dry bag for clothing or electronics when it is not being used to inflate the mat. It only works with WingLock/TwinLock valve mats, so check your mat's valve type before relying on it as your only inflation method.
