The Osprey Kyte 58 expands the Kyte line with a dedicated sleeping-bag compartment and three ways into the main body — top, side zip, and bottom. The women's-specific harness includes a padded, fixed hip belt and shoulder straps shaped for a women's fit, with adjustable torso length. A kangaroo-style front pocket (open-top, no zipper) is built for quick access to frequently used items, backed up by two mesh side pockets and hip belt pockets.
The body uses 100% recycled 420D nylon with a PFC/PFAS-free DWR coating, with a tougher 500D nylon base. At 58 L and 2080 g, that's 35.9 g per liter — a slightly lighter build than the smaller Kyte 48. It also includes an integrated rain cover, two ice axe loops, and hydration compatibility.
It's aimed at women doing multi-day trekking and lighter thru-hiking who want quick access to their gear along with dedicated space for a sleeping bag.
