NITECORE NU25 UL

The Nitecore NU25 UL is an ultralight headlamp weighing 46.4 g with up to 400 lm output. Unlike combined-beam designs, its spot and flood beams operate independently, so you can dial in a focused beam for the trail and a wide flood for camp separately instead of switching between compromise modes. The built-in 650 mAh battery charges via USB-C, and Nitecore states a full recharge takes about 1.5 hours — useful when you only get a short stop in town between stages. A red light mode complements the white beams for night use without disturbing tent-mates, and IP66 resistance covers dust and sustained rain. The combination of sub-50 g weight and independently controllable beams makes the NU25 UL a practical pick for thru-hiking and multi-day ultralight trips, where both the weight saving and the lighting flexibility matter more than having two separate lights.
