The Copper Spur HV UL4 extends the ultralight line to four people — a 5.3 m² floor and 127 cm peak height give 1.33 m² per person, with total living space including vestibules reaching 7.9 m². The freestanding double-wall dome pitches inner-first, DAC Featherlite NFL/NSL aluminum poles hold the structure upright in wind, and ten stakes (superlight J-stakes) plus reflective guylines round out the anchoring. At 2,580 g (2,380 g minimum), it works out to 645 g per person — a favorable figure for a four-person shelter aimed at group ultralight trips. The proprietary mixed-denier ripstop nylon fly and floor, with silicone/PU coating, carry a 1,200 mm waterproof rating, adequate for three-season use but not built for year-round abuse. Two vestibules totaling 2.6 m² and thirteen interior pockets suggest this tent is designed more for extended stays than quick overnight pushes. A 312 g footprint is sold separately.
