The Tiger Wall UL1 Solution Dye is a variant of the ultralight one-person Tiger Wall UL1, dyed using the Solution Dye process — pigment added to the fiber during production rather than to the finished fabric, using less water and energy while also improving UV resistance of the color. Structurally it is a semi-freestanding double-wall tent (partial mesh) with a single DAC Featherlite NFL aluminum pole, pitched inner-first.
The 850 g trail weight and 964 g total weight match the standard Tiger Wall UL1; a 1.8 m² floor (218×97 cm) and 99 cm peak height give a single occupant adequate room, while the 0.7 m² vestibule holds gear. Both the fly and floor carry a silicone/PU waterproof coating rated to 1200 mm with factory-taped seams — solid for an ultralight tent, if lower than considerably heavier expedition models.
It ships with 8 aluminum I-beam Dirt Dagger UL stakes and reflective guylines for easier orientation in the dark. A matching footprint (113 g) is sold separately. It suits 3-season thru-hiking and lightweight trekking where both low weight and a sustainable dyeing process matter.
