Kelty Tanglewood 3

The Kelty Tanglewood 3 is a 3-season dome tent for three, built around Kelty's Quick Corner poles for a quick pitch. A large D-shaped door makes getting in and out easier than a small zip flap, and the double stake-point vestibule gives room to store boots and packs under cover without cramming them into the sleeping area. Guylines come attached, so pitching in wind doesn't mean digging through a stuff sack first. Packaged weight is 3400 g, which for three people works out to roughly 1130 g per person — reasonable for car camping or short-carry trips, but on the heavy side if it is going into a backpack for a proper multi-day trek. As a 3-season design it's suited to spring-to-autumn conditions and moderate weather rather than sustained snow or exposed high-altitude pitches.
