The Liteway Illusion Solo Tent is a single-wall pyramid shelter for one person at 680 g complete, with a minimum trail weight of 615 g once accessories are stripped out. It pitches on a single trekking pole (130–135 cm), which you need to supply yourself, along with six stakes – neither is included in the box.
The fabric is 20D Silpoly rated to a 2000 mm hydrostatic head, durable enough for sustained rain, though the single-wall build still leaves it prone to condensation without adequate airflow. Two vents – an apex vent and a mesh side panel – plus one vestibule and one door are meant to manage that. The 2 m² floor area is standard rather than generous for a solo shelter.
Seams aren't factory-sealed, so the user needs to treat them with silicone before first use. Between the low weight, trekking-pole setup, and 3-season rating, this tent suits summer and autumn alpine treks and thru-hikes where minimizing weight is the priority – it isn't built for snow loading or strong wind.
