Naturehike VIK Series 2

The Naturehike VIK Series 2 is the two-person version of the semi-freestanding, single-wall VIK line, sharing its construction approach with the smaller VIK 1. A 15D silnylon fly and a 20D nylon floor rated to 4000mm keep rain out, while aluminum poles hold the shape. Trail weight comes to 1361g total, or 681g per person when split between two hikers — a competitive figure among lighter two-person shelters. The 210×130cm floor and 90cm peak height make for a cozier interior for two — this is a tent built to shave weight rather than maximize headroom. Two vestibules give each occupant their own gear storage by the door, though a single door means one person has to climb over the other to get in or out.
