The 2025 NEMO Dagger OSMO 2P is the updated take on NEMO's popular 3-season backpacking tent, built with recycled OSMO Ripstop fabric on both fly and floor, each PU-coated for waterproofing, over a bathtub floor design that keeps the sleeping area sealed from ground moisture. The inner tent uses full mesh panels for ventilation, and DIAPOLE aluminum poles support an inner-first pitch — you set up the mesh body before clipping on the fly, suiting campers who want airflow first and rain protection second. At 1,510 g minimum and 1,780 g packaged (890 g per person full weight, 755 g minimum), it carries the same weight profile as the standard Dagger OSMO 2P: not ultralight, but reasonable for a fully freestanding two-door, two-vestibule tent with 2.8 m² of floor space and a 109 cm peak height. The two vestibules add 2.2 m² of vestibule space, a generous ratio for gear-heavy trips. NEMO's stated use case for this version is thru-hiking and backpacking, positioning it as a durable multi-week shelter rather than a specialized ultralight option.
