The trapezoidal footbox is permanently sewn closed, giving better foot insulation than an open quilt at the cost of opening flat into a blanket. Filled with 506 g of 950-fill-power goose down, it weighs 657 g total in the Short size (up to 167 cm user height) — 144 g lighter than its 850-fill sibling at the same rating, a clear illustration of how much fill power affects total weight in cold-rated quilts. The shell is 10D nylon with a PFC-free DWR finish. The down is RDS-certified, and a stuff sack and storage sack are included.
