Slotting between the 0°F and 20°F models in Hammock Gear's Economy line, the Economy Burrow 10 is rated to a -12°C limit and aimed at cold-but-not-full-winter trips. It uses continuous baffle construction with a differential cut — the outer shell is cut larger than the inner liner so the down can loft fully without being compressed by shell tension — a step up from the simpler baffle designs used on some warmer quilts in this range. Both shell and liner are 20D nylon taffeta with DWR treatment, and the quilt carries 466 g of 850-fill-power duck down for a total weight of 702 g, about 59 g per degree of limit rating. Sized regular for users up to 175 cm, it includes a trapezoidal foot box, pad loops, and a stuff sack, and works in both hammock and ground configurations. RDS-certified down and US manufacturing are consistent across the Economy Burrow family.
