Katabatic Palisade

The Katabatic Palisade is a premium ultralight top quilt filled with 900 fill-power hydrophobic goose down, rated to a -1°C comfort temperature and a -7°C limit. At 533 g it's one of the lighter options in Katabatic's three-season range. Continuous baffles let you manually shift down along the length of the quilt to adjust warmth distribution to conditions. The shell pairs 10D Pertex Quantum Eco Ripstop on the outside with a Pertex Quantum Taffeta liner — a light, wind-resistant combination without extra bulk. A trapezoidal footbox without a zipper holds its shape around the feet, there's no hood, and the quilt attaches to a sleeping pad via loop straps rather than carrying its own underside insulation. The down is RDS-certified, the quilt is made in the USA, and it's backed by a one-year warranty. A 25×15 cm packed size keeps it compact within an ultralight kit.
