The Therm-a-Rest Vesper 32F/0C sits in the middle of the Vesper quilt lineup, aimed at standard 3-season conditions with a comfort rating around 5°C and a limit rating of 0°C. It's built as a zipper-less, hoodless top quilt that straps to your sleeping pad via SynergyLink connectors, skipping the down layer that would just get crushed flat underneath your body weight anyway.
Fill is 900-fill goose down at a 90/10 down-to-feather ratio, treated with Nikwax Hydrophobic for moisture resistance and RDS-certified. Horizontal box baffles keep the down from shifting between chambers better than simple sewn-through construction, so loft holds up better through repeated stuff-and-unstuff cycles. The sewn trapezoidal footbox is shaped to your feet, and the shell is 10D nylon ripstop with a DWR finish.
At 440 g total (240 g of which is down), the Vesper 32F is a reasonable warmth-to-weight compromise for spring-through-autumn trekking — for genuinely cold nights, one of the colder-rated Vesper variants is the better call. Both a stuff sack and a storage sack are included.
