The Zpacks Summer Quilt / Winter Liner is a 40F-rated duck-down quilt weighing 276 g, built for summer nights that stay above freezing rather than shoulder-season cold snaps. It has no zipper - instead, snaps at the centre and neck close the quilt around you, which keeps weight down but means less draft-sealing than a full side zip. Because it's a true quilt rather than a mummy bag, it packs and lofts efficiently for its weight, and doubles as a liner: layered inside a three-season sleeping bag it adds warmth for colder nights without needing a separate winter bag.
