It shares the same Spirafil Recycled LT synthetic insulation and manufacturer-rated -1°C figure, so expect mild three-season camping comfort rather than a lab-verified EN rating, plus the usual synthetic trade-off of extra weight and bulk versus down in exchange for reliable insulation when damp. At 2100 g, it is heavier than the regular Idlewild 30° purely from the added length, and packs to 48 x 24 cm — car-camping sized rather than backpack-friendly. The shell is a 75x150-denier irregular ripstop polyester pongee paired with a 30-denier polyester pongee liner, favoring abrasion resistance over minimum weight. A simple drawcord hood, rather than a shaped one, keeps the design straightforward. A two-way YKK zipper with a draft tube and a storage sack round out a bag aimed squarely at taller campers who found the regular Idlewild too short.
