The Hilltop Packs Zipper Pouch is an ultralight organiser made from Challenge D50T laminate with a water-resistant YKK zip and taped seams, offered in three sizes — S (7 g), M (10 g) and L (14 g) — so you can build a set of pouches sized to what actually goes in each: a small one for electronics or medication, a larger one for a first aid kit or wash items.
The zip is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof, so the pouch shields contents from splashes and pack-interior condensation but isn't a substitute for a true dry bag in heavy rain. The thin laminate holds its shape without any internal structure, saving weight compared with a nylon organiser of similar size.
Pouches like this are typically used in sets within an ultralight kit — one for electronics, one for first aid, one for miscellaneous small items — and because each weighs only a few grams, stacking several barely registers on base weight. Four colour options make it easy to tell pouches apart by contents at a glance.
