GoLite Jam 50

The GoLite Jam 50 is a frameless backpack with a 50 L capacity and 840 g weight, giving a volume-to-weight ratio around 60 L/kg — a solid figure for a pack without an internal frame. Losing the frame cuts weight but demands more careful packing, since the load itself has to hold the pack's shape and keep it from collapsing against your back. The 210D ripstop nylon body is more robust than the ultralight fabrics used on pared-down frameless packs, with a reinforced 400D nylon base at the highest-wear points. The feature set includes a removable pocketed lid, hip belt and shoulder strap pockets, hydration compatibility with a bladder included, and an integrated rain cover. An adjustable back length and removable frame let the pack fit different body sizes and be stripped down further if needed. It suits multi-day ultralight treks where the user packs carefully and values the combination of low weight with a practical pocket layout.
